Q: What could we do if the mod or battery cannot detect the tank?

A:  If the mod or battery cannot detect the tank.

Firstly,  please make sure the 510 pin and the 510 connector are tightened and they coincide with each other.

Secondly, please keep the 510 connector clean.

Q:  What could we do if the battery cannot get charged?

A:  If the battery cannot get charged, please change another USB charging line and try again.

Q:  What could we do if the red indicator light flashes unusually when the battery is being used?

A:  If the red indicator light flashes unusually when the battery is being used.

Firstly, please try to change other wick or normal tank on the battery and check if the battery works. If it doesn’t work, there is something wrong with the battery.

Secondly, please change the tank of the kit to another normal kit and check if it works. If it works, there is something wrong with the battery. If it still doesn’t work, there is something wrong with the tank, you’d better change new atomizing wick.

Q:  What could we do if the battery can be charged normally but the green indicator light flashes and there is no cloud coming out?

A:  If the battery can be charged normally but the green indicator light flashes and there is no cloud coming out, please turn the power up to over 20W, then the device can work normally.

Q: What could we do if the tank has dry hit problem?

A:  If the tank has dry hit problem,

Firstly, please make sure the output power is kept within reasonable range.

Secondly, if you are using liquid with high VG and the tank hasn’t been used for over half day, please give up the first and the second puff after you press the firing button .

Thirdly, please wet the wick properly but don’t over do it.

Q: What could we do to prevent leaking problem?

A:  If the liquid leaks out.

Firstly, please make sure you don’t fill too much liquid. (Generally, you shouldn’t fill more than 2/3 capacity of the tank. And you’d better have frequent and small amounts of filling.)

Secondly, please keep the tank upright. (If long placed, you need to open the tank and shake out the liquid.)

Thirdly, please check if the o-ring is worn or broken.

Next, please close the air inlet while you are filling or you are not using the device.

Last, please use the right liquid. Liquid with over 30% amount of PG can easily lead to leaking problem. So you’d better use liquid with higher amount of VG.

Q:  What could we do if the 510 pin drops from the tank?

A:  At present all tanks we have (Fireluke M, M Pro, Fireluke 2, GEMM Disposable Tank, GEMM Pod) have fixed 510 pin, and it cannot be changed.

Q:   What could we do if the silicon ring of the sliding filling hole is stuck or dislocated?

A:  If the silicon ring of the sliding filling hole is stuck or dislocated, please press it along the way.

Q: Can i use any FreeMax Mesh Coil in any tank?
